Traditional and international varietals can all be found on our 35 hectare Estate, where the slopes are the best positioned in the wine region.
Smaller scale white wine base varietals like Olaszrizling and Harslevelu are grown in our Nagyharsány and Siklós slopes.
Next to Villany’s most important traditional reds, Kekoporto (Portugieser) and Kekfrankos, we also produce internationally popular varietals; Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, which are an important part of our selection. The biggest emphasis is still placed on the indigenous varietals (Hárslevelű and Kadarka) as well as Cabernet Franc which has become flagship wine of Villainy region in 2014.
